I ordered a #1 the Big Mac combo and also a 10pirce chicken McNugget and ask for honey mustard sauce. After finishing the The Big Mac. I started eating the Nugget and when I opened up the honey mustard sauce, usually the sauce is thick. This one was a little watery but I didn’t think anything of it. So I just tried it and around 10 minutes after that I immediately threw up like everything about 5 or 6 times I threw up. I’m almost sure it’s from the sauce. That's pretty much it. | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen
