Both of my boys had happy meals at McDonalds - 7 hours later both of them were vomiting. At first I thought it was possibly a stomach virus but neither one of them had diarrhea. My youngest one was better the next day - took 2 days for my oldest to recover and he still doesn't want to eat much | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen
