I ate at McDonald's around 1:30 today and within 30 minutes I was sick with nausea, diarrhea, vomiting. I have had diarrhea for the past 12 and a half hours. I don't have insurance to go to the hospital and I can't stop throwing up. When I do go to the hospital and I am charged with a large bill I will be making sure that McDonald's will pay for all of it. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
