Got Big Mac with extra sauce at 5pm, felt sick all night began violently throwing up around 11pm. The person with me got a regular cheeseburger and had no symptoms, so I am sure the Big Mac sauce was what got me sick. | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen
