I had McDonalds at9:30am in the 19/03/18 (chicken burger) I started feel ill around 11:45am with a sore tummy and then started feeling like I wanted to vomit, it passed for about and hour then came back strong, I ended up vomiting about 4 times. Couldn’t eat anything all night and woke up around 3:00am with diorhea | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
