The only thing I ate yesterday was the quarterpounder and fries from this McDonald's at like 6:30 at night. By 11:30 at night I was vomiting with diarrhea and had an upset stomach. This happened until 5 Am. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
