On Sunday 03/18/2018 I ate a cheeseburger and fries around 2:30. By 4:00 I had diarrhea, so I laid down and within a half hour started vomiting. Had vomiting and diarrhea for the next 7 hours, did not go to work the next day and as I'm submitting this now I still don't feel 100% | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
