I had McNuggets from McDonald's two nights ago, the next morning I woke up and my stomach was aching severely, I couldn't relieve the pain by pooping because I was constipated, and then I started vomiting. I felt alright for the remainder of the day. This morning, I experienced the same symptoms on a smaller level (Vomiting, Constipation/Diarrhea). | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Verstopfung
