On September 30th 2019, I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese meal. About 30 minutes after eating the burger and fries I had the urge to vomit. After throwing up violently my breathing became shallow, I got light headed, began to sweat profusely, became very tired, and for the better part of the 24 hours following it I had explosive diarrhea. This restaurant is always filthy whenever I go there, even for standards, but this is the first time I've ever gotten sick from eating the food. I will not be going back to any restaurant after this experience. The taste is forever ruined by association with the food poisoning. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, schwitzen
