Went to get drivethru on the 2nd April 2016 as i usually do when i go to mthatha. Ordered the above including a quarter pounder with cheese which i did not eat. Did not get sick until the following day, severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Checked my meals eaten and this is the only meal i had that was different to my whole family which are not sick at all. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber
