i eat at MC donald Neepawa almost a month ago. After 2 hours while driving on my way home i felt nausea, vomiting and my stomach really upset. i had diarrhea and vomiting the whole night and i went to the hospital early the next and the Dr diagnosed out that i was suffered a food poisoning. I called the Store and informed them what happened and i was told to replace the burger i ate or just return the money which i think i not the way how to fix it or to resolve a sensitive complain. The next day they told me to call the higher person who can solve the issue and she said they will forward the case to the head office. I waited for almost a month and no luck from them to reach me. after calling many times, finally another person reach out - i was surprise with their findings. They said there not liable for my case. I asked them back how far the investigation went through? its easy for them to say there not liable. but no investigation n the physician. What's the bases.? Is it really takes more than a month for them to get in touch to the complainant? The owner phone me said sorry for not getting in touch with you for that long (1 month) but we cant give you any compensation. ( i stay home for 5 days as i can't come to work) | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
