I ordered a double cheeseburger from McDonald's on North Atherton Street, State College, PA.. As I was eating the double cheeseburger admittedly noticed after a bite that it was something else in my mouth other than what I was eating....I reached into my mouth & pulled out a plastic substance that's about the size of the tip of my thumb. I spit out the bite I had in my mouth & than I started looking at the plastic substance. I called McDonald's & got the two managers name. Afterwards the nausea set in & I vomited. | Symptome: Übelkeit, Erbrechen
