I ate a Mc double with Mac sauce and a hot and spicy with Mac sauce on the side around 6 pm yesterday. At around 10pm I through up! 5 mins later I had diarrhoea for about seven consecutive time until 6am. | Symptome: Durchfall, Erbrechen
