On July 11, 2018 I had gone thru the drive thru. I ordered a 4 piece chicken mcnuggets happy meal for my grandDaughter and a quarter pounder cheese meal. I had eaten this around 1:00pm. By 5:00 pm I was nausea, my stomach was upset, cramping and diarrhea had started. I started taking Immodium on FridayJuly 13,w018.
