I had a 20 piece chicken McNugget meal with a large fry from there last night on 12/21/2019 at approximately 5 or 6 PM CST. After I ate the whole meal (yes, the whole meal) I thought I was just overstuffed. But, after everything had settled, I started having sharp pains in my stomach. I then lied down and started experiencing nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea almost all at once. I couldn't sleep for the whole night.
