I was hungry one night, so I decided to stop by at the local McDonald's to pick up a quarter pounder meal. After eating, I went to sleep, only to wake up to the feeling if throwing up. I ran to the toilet and threw up. That night I threw up about 5 times before I went to sleep. The next day, I had constant diarrhea and always felt nauseous. Never eating McDonald's again. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
