about 7-8 hours after eating a big mac and fries and diet coke I had a lot of pains in upper part of my stomach not long after that I had diarrhea which is also continued for a couple of days after and also I vomited a lot that same day. felt sick for days after and could not eat. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
