Saturday afternoon approx 1:40pm i ordered just a quarter pounder with cheese. About 2.5 hours later i started feeling nausea and stomach discomfort. Around 5 to 5:30 pm i started having diarrhea. This is now Monday at 3pm and the nausea is gone which ended sunday, but i still have constant diarrhea and stomach weirdness. I'm positive it was the sandwich. My bowels and gi tract is generally normal and healthy. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
