I went to McDonald march 1st I would say around 11:15 ish , I ordered the hot and spicy from the break menu, when I first got the hot and spicy it was a bit cold and it looked old , I began to have and upset stomach later that night , the next day (march 2) I woke up vomiting, and it was vomiting and Diarrhea non stop, I also had a fever of 101.2 , I didn't go to the doctors office Bc I've been food poisoned before so I knew what to do. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
