I ate honey walnut shrimp, orange chicken, and chow mien 2 nights ago at about 5pm. At 12:30am I woke up violently vomiting and was sick all night, around 3 am I was experiencing diarrhea as well as vomiting. I am a breastfeeding mother to a 5 month old boy and was physically unable to care for him and had to call in help from family. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
