I was in Penn Station on 04/18/18. I ordered a 6 inch Philly Cheesesteak with everything but pizza sauce. I hadn't eaten anything that day but the sandwich. I was fine until later on into the early hours of 04/19 about 2 am. I woke up with bad stonach | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
