Had supreme pizza from Pizza Hut and hot chocolate brownie. Felt fine before eating but 5 hrs later had projectile diarrhea and vomiting. Both hitting at the same time and continuing through today. The last thing I threw up was marshmallows from the brownie so I'm guessing something was wrong with the food as it should have digested by now (22 hrs later) | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
