Vanilla cupcake with frosting from there Ate a cupcake on an empty stomach and didn't eat anything else afterwards. Nausea began between 1-2 hours later. I was very bloated. Vomited 3 or 4 times between 9:30pm and 3am | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Blähungen
