Not sure maybe it was the water when snorkeling, could've been the catered food on the beach during the excursion (Ceviche) or the ice at the cave bar (didn't drink alcohol on this trip. But the ice?) I don't know for sure, 20 or more out of 80. We stayed at the Paradisus Real in Punta Cana. BluSky Restoration group. We were catered food on the beach on 3 occasions. Some were coordinated by a management group that helped us plan and helped us while we were there. I can't remember the name of it right now. They also picked us up and took us around from airport to different excursions. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber
