No idea where I got sick, it all started 2/15 late at night, my kidneys were starting to hurt so I drank 2 bottles of water then went to bed on a pretty full stomach. The next day I woke up to horrible stomach cramping. Used the bathroom which was a mixture of constipation and diarrhea then I vomitted. I slept all day then went on to diarrhea the rest of the day and vomitted one more time. Woke up the 17th thought I felt better but still having cramps and diarrhea, not as exhausted but definitely not something I want to experience while on vacation | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Krämpfe, Verstopfung
