Bought 2 Chicken Ranch Tacos at 230 because it was by my work. Only had time to eat one then got back to work. Started feeling off around 4, extreme stomach cramps but just tried brushing it off. Around 5pm I started getting diarrhea nausea and lightheadedness but I had an event I had to speak at that day at 7pm so tried seeing if I could get over it and make it through. At 6pm I had to stop my car on the way, and started violently vomiting on the side of the road and the spins. Had to call my husband and friend to pick me and my car up and drive home. Spent the entire night and next day | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
