October 3 at roughly 6:30pm. Ordered the enchiladas verdes. Approximately an hour after eating my stomach started to hurt. Within 6 hours (12:30am) was vomiting, which continued until around 4am when I also started to experience diarrhea. Haven’t vomited since 5:30am, diarrhea continues (10:40am). | Symptome: Fieber, Durchfall, Erbrechen
