Had the lunch special two enchiladas with mole' sauce, the next day since 4am for the rest of the day, i had the worst diarrhea and vomiting. Have to go to urgent care because even a sip of water makes me violently throw up. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber, Erbrechen
