I had the vegetarian huevos rancheros at about 10am on 3/11 and was feeling ill about 10pm that night. Vomiting began at midnight and it switched to diarrhea the following day. I'm on my fifth day of no food and will miss an entire week of work. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
