On Friday I got a Sonic burger & tots. Used the fry sauce. Just a few hours later I shit my pants. Have had explosive diarrhea since Friday around noon (it's Saturday night). Can't keep any food in. Feel nauseous. Lethargic. This was my first and last visit to Sonic. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
