I ate a double smoked bacon sandwich in the morning (I always eat this for breakfast when I go there) at 10am. At 2pm, I had an extremely upset stomach that led to nausea, cramping, and diarrhea. I spent 30 mins on the toilet (public restroom, as I was out at the park). My boyfriend had drank the same drink as me, but got a different sandwich and wasn't I'll. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit
