Ate chicken fingers, fries, and a milkshake on a Sunday night. The next day, had to go home early from work because my stomach was so unsettled. Took the entire next day off work and had diarrhea and fever. A friend of mine at a burger and had similar symptoms, but with vomiting as well. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit
