Didnt eat breakfast so while out on errands had lunch there at 1045. 2 soft tacos and a pepsi. Didnt eat for several hours after because my stomach wasnt right. Never ate again today. By 4 o clock i was nauseated and have had diarrhea ever since. Its now 238 am. Im still on toilet and will possibly go to ER. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Fieber
