Resort was clean and beautiful but my sister became violently ill on Day 2 of her holiday. She spent a full day and night vomiting. She wasn’t okay for the rest of the trip and barely ate. I fell ill the day before leaving. I had been feeling off with moderate stomach cramping for two days before that. This, despite eating no fresh produce, washing my hands thoroughly and not drinking the water. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Krämpfe
