Not sure I ate a char burger for lunch.. about 1pm on Friday the 18th of July..  I experienced a small headache in the evening and severe exhaustion.  Around 7pm I had an episode of diarrhea, and again about 8pm.  I fell asleep right after the last episode.. I slept until 6am at Wich I used bathroom again with same results. I went directly back  to sleep until 10am at Wich time I experienced major muscle soreness and exhaustion.  Went to bathroom again with diarrhea. It’s been about 3 hours with no use of bathroom but I’m getting stomach pain and nausea. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Andere, Kopfschmerz, Schmerzen im Magen, Wundsein
