I had to go downtown today. So I ended up stopping by the food court at 5th to get brunch and i ordered the loco moco from the Shaka Shack and that was the only thing i have ate all day. I got home and instantly felt tired and fatigue. I took a nap and woke up with bad diareah. Then i kept having a gaggy feeling in the back of my throat and tried fighting it for about a half hour until i had to run to my bathroom and throw up. This was not a pleasant day for me | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
