Right after my kids ate that bagel with cream cheese and bacon they had stomach aches and started vomiting. They were perfectly fine and healthy before that. No one else from the family has those symptoms except for the 2 kids who ate the bagel. It was not contagious. They couldn't keep any fluids down. Kept vomiting everything out.
