Frozen spinach lasagna, I alone got sick. Ate the spinach lasagna at 4:30 pm on Thursday Jan 2nd 2020. By 9:00 experienced heavy diarrhea and then continued to vomit and diarrhea through out the night and following day. Took pepto bismol at 1:30 am till 3:00 with no benefits. Continued light diarrhea and stomach cramps through out today. Have been able to consume about 6 ounces of sprite and 4 ounces of chicken broth in the past 8 hours | Symptome: Durchfall, Krämpfe
