Flight UA1567 from MEX to IAD on June 4 2026. Served an omelette (along with other items) in business class at approximately 9:45am. Noticed an off taste in omelette after a few bites and stopped eating it. Developed body aches about 6 hours later while traveling home from airport, followed by diarrhea, shaking, sweating, and chills. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Krämpfe, Schüttelfrost, schwitzen, Körperschmerz, Schütteln
