Observed that date marking for use by date is longer than 7 days and facility is unable to provide any proof for longer expiration date on those sandwiches. Priority foundation violation. - comments: noted no thermometers inside all refrigeration unit conspicuously posted to monitor the ambient temperature of equipment. Instructed to equip all refrigeration units with accurate and working thermometers
