On 04/10/2026, around 1030pm, I’d properly cooked a DiGiorno, Supreme pizza. I woke up yesterday morning feeling nauseous, lethargic, headache, cramps, and extreme bloating. The diarrhea began early-afternoon and became much more severe throughout the day and night. Today, 04/12/2026, all symptoms from above remain but are much more intense. I feel hot and blotchy, haven’t been able to keep anything in and cannot leave my house. At any moment, without notice, I need to be near a restroom. The bowel sounds are SO LOUD and my abdomen is so bloated, I look like I’m 6 months pregnant. Yesterday was also my birthday and those plans had to be canceled. | Symptome: Übelkeit, Durchfall, Schmerzen im Magen, Krämpfe, Kopfschmerz, Blähungen
