My son ate healthy choice grilled chicken with pasta marinara with parmesan at around 7 pm, stomach pain and cramping with vomiting happening every 10-15 minutes. The last thing he had to eat was the healthy choice meal last night and now I've been up since 3am trying to help him through it. He has never been this bad before with any kind of virus. Nobody at home or school has been sick. I am trying to figure out if this is why he's so sick right now. Nothing else to add yet. | Symptome: Erbrechen, Schmerzen im Magen, Übelkeit
