sandwich and cookie, not sure the culprit but violent vomiting and diarrhea. While using the restroom heard an employee with explosive diarrhea who had just been on register complaining of her sick son. Also found multiple fruit flies floating in my fountain beverage. Lack of cleanliness and proper hand washing is most likely the cause of this spreading but I can't say for sure. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
