I ate a Dave’s single combo meal yesterday at around 7 pm. Shortly after, my stomach became bloated and I began feeling nauseous. After an hour, I was home and I threw up some of the food I ate and began having diarrhea. Today, my stomach is still hurting and I’m in school and I can’t help but feel nauseous. It’s disrupting my school day and I might not even finish the school day due to the uncomfortable sensation I have. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Blähungen
