2230 Saturday night, got 4 for 4 combo with crispy chicken sandwich. Included fries and nuggets. By 0330 Sunday morning was in severe abdominal pain and began vomiting and having diarrhea. Vomiting persisted for first 24 hours. It is now Tuesday and the diarrhea has yet to cease. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
