Became violently ill at work could not stop vomiting nausea and sometimes could not make it to the restroom. I really get sick and I eat healthy my wife and I both had chili from this Wendy's and within hours from each other while she was at home and I was at work we both became severely ill. I became extremely dehydrated. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
