I had a double stack with no cheese, some nuggets, and some fries which is all included in their 4$ meal. It was in the afternoon, and after I ate I started playing a video game and as I was playing my stomach started hurting really bad, nothing like ive experienced before. I had to get off the game and lay down because it hurt so bad. Next thing I know I start throwing up everywhere, and then the diarrhea hit. I was having fever dreams and body aches, most painful uncomfortable experience of my life. Literally thought I was dying. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen, Körperschmerz
