Only thing I ate yesterday ... spicy chicken nuggets and a few fries. Within an hour I started feeling nauseated... that lasted for about 4 hours until I started vomiting and had diarrhea. Called my dr when it was happening and have an appt in an hour... 35 weeks pregnant and had food poisoning.
