My sister was here at our local Wendy’s and got the 4 for 4. She had one bite of a chicken nugget and had been throwing up for 2 straight days and has gotten no sleep, diarrhea and all and can not hold anything down not even water. I would like to report this to help others and warn others around me in case this happens to them. | Symptome: Durchfall, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
