I had a Spicy Caesar salad 09/28/2018 around 3pm. At 5:30-6pm the symptoms kicked in starting with nausea. Soon after, I could Not stay off of the toilet with diarrhea & vomit coming out at the same time. I have been in the restroom since. Every time i think It’s over & leave out, I find Myself running back to the restroom. Thanks Wendy’s.. | Symptome: Durchfall, Fieber, Übelkeit, Erbrechen
